AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE
Hotel d'Aubusson strives, as far as possible, to maintain permanent access to the Site, but is under no obligation to achieve this. Hotel d'Aubusson can therefore interrupt access to the Site, notably for maintenance, update, or for any other reasons, particularly technical or editorial, without prior notice or information to the users, without Hotel d'Aubusson being held responsible for the consequences of these interruptions both for the users and any third parties.
Furthermore, Hotel d'Aubusson cannot be held responsible if users fail to access all or part of the Site due to any technical defect or any problem, particularly, but not limited to:

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In application of article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the consumer does not benefit from a right of withdrawal.
RIGHT TO REGISTER ON A LIST OF TELEPHONIC PROSPECTION OPPOSITION:
In accordance with article L.223-1 of the Consumer Code, the consumer who does not wish to be subject to telephone prospecting can register for free on a list of opposition to telephone solicitation. This list is accessible via the following site: www.bloctel.gouv.fr.
APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The General Conditions are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory protective provisions that may be applicable from the consumer's country of residence.

Hotel General Conditions
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION CONDITIONS
If you made your reservation on our website or through an online travel agency, you can cancel or modify your reservation only through the link in your confirmation email and according to the terms of sale.
If you made your reservation directly with the hotel, any cancellation or modification must be sent in writing only via email or fax.
Cancellation or modification of a reservation is then validated only with a confirmation or cancellation reference.

If you booked an offer with flexible cancellation conditions (BAR, RACK or PACKAGE Rates) :
3 days before arrival : Cancellation/Modification free of charge
2 days before up to midnight Paris time or No-show: Cancellation/Modification fee for the amount of one night
If you booked a non-cancellable/non-refundable offer (PROMO or SMART Rates) :
The total stay is charged 100% at the time of booking.
This amount is non-cancellable, non-modifiable and the stay dates cannot be changed.
TAXES
Rates are displayed excluding VAT and city taxes.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME
Your room will be available at the reception from the time indicated below
Check-in time (from): 3:00 PM Check-out time: Noon
On your departure day, you must vacate your room at the latest by the time indicated above.
An additional night charge may result from non-compliance with this departure time limit.
Early room access or late check-out must be requested and validated with a Reception manager on the day of your arrival or departure only and may involve additional fees.
It is recommended to use the "Comments or additional information" box on the reservation form or notify us by email to indicate your estimated time of arrival, particularly if it is before the scheduled check-in time.
PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW UPON ARRIVAL
Upon arrival, the client and accompanying persons must provide a valid identity document corresponding to the reservation's name :
- ID Card or Passport for European citizens
- Passports for all other nationals.
Furthermore, the name on the credit card used for the reservation must match the provided ID and be presented upon arrival if a prepayment has been made at the time of booking.
If the room was booked by a third party, the person present must provide a new credit card in their name and corresponding to their own ID.
Any extras (bar, room service, etc.) not included in the rates will be subject to a credit card guarantee or cash deposit – of an amount of 100€ per night – which will be requested at the beginning of the stay.
Extras will be validated with the client at the end of the stay upon departure.
If cash has been deposited as a guarantee and no extras have been charged, it will be returned to the client.
Minors cannot stay in our establishment without the presence of a legal guardian.
ADDITIONAL PERSON IN THE ROOM
An extra bed can be added in some of our Grand Luxe, Duplex-Loft and Junior Suite rooms upon request only.
An additional fee of 175 Euros per night will be added to your bill for an extra person over 11 years old in the room.
Children under 12 years old and babies will be accommodated free of charge subject to availability and if the room allows (Grand Luxe, Loft or Junior Suite categories only). The maximum occupancy of our rooms is 3 people, for more information, please contact the hotel.
The identity of each person staying at the hotel must be mentioned at the time of booking and must provide a valid ID upon arrival at the hotel.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR GROUPS
From 5 rooms, all reservations are considered group bookings and special conditions may apply.
PAYMENT AND RESERVATION VALIDATION
Payments must be made with one of the following cards, through our secure internet pages or directly with the hotel.
A pre-authorization of the amount of the first night may be performed by the hotel at the time of booking.
Visa / Eurocard – Mastercard / American Express for guarantee and prepayment
Maestro for on-site payment only
PAYMENT AND BILLING CURRENCY
Your bill will be issued in EUROS, but your credit card may be charged in your currency if your bank allows it (Fintrax system).
NON-SMOKING POLICY
L’Hôtel d’Aubusson is a completely non-smoking establishment.
Failure to comply with this policy, the cost of cleaning the room to remove tobacco odors, as well as the immobilization of the room will be charged to you at 400€.
INCIDENTS, DAMAGES
The rooms made available to our clients are checked, functional and in good condition. Our customers are invited to immediately report any observed deficiency to the hotel reception.
In case of damage, the hotel reserves the right to charge the client for the cost of repair or replacement.
PET POLICY
We are pleased to welcome dogs if they are well-behaved, clean, and small-sized upon request only.
An additional fee of 30€ per day and per animal in the room will be added to your bill.
Please note that our four-legged friends are not allowed in the dining areas of the establishment.
PARKING
We inform you that a covered parking lot is located near the hotel (Mazarine Parking located at 27 rue Mazarine)
A pedestrian access is located opposite the hotel.
The rate is 50 euros per 24 hours.
GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) became effective on May 25, 2018. This regulation was adopted at the European level to reform data protection rules in the EU by updating and modernizing the existing norms (European directive of 1995).
Under your relationship with Hôtel d’Aubusson Paris your personal and/or professional data is currently stored internally at 33 rue Dauphine in Paris on a secure server. None of your information is rented or sold.
We wish to ensure your agreement for us to keep your data and receive information regarding the news and services we offer (reservation confirmation, assistance before, during, and after your stay, satisfaction survey, personalized offers).

BODY AND FACE CARE
We offer massages and facial treatments in our SPA and exclusively reserved for our clients, between 9am and 7pm (last treatment time).
RESCHEDULING AND/OR CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the start of your treatment. In case of no-show or appointment canceled less than 24 hours before the treatment, it will be charged at 100%
