CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION CONDITIONS
If you have made your reservation on our website or through an online travel agency, you may cancel or modify your reservation only via the link provided in your confirmation email and according to the terms and conditions of sale.
If you have made your reservation directly with the hotel, any cancellation or modification must be sent to us in writing only by email or fax. The cancellation or modification of the reservation is then validated only with a confirmation or cancellation reference.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION FEES
If you have booked an offer with flexible cancellation conditions (BAR, RACK or PACKAGE rates): D-3 days before arrival: Cancellation / Modification free of charge.
D-2 days until midnight, Paris time or in case of no-show at the Hotel: Cancellation / modification fee equivalent to one night's stay
If you have booked a non-cancellable/non-refundable offer (PROMO or SMART rates): The totality of the stay is charged at 100% at the time of booking.
This amount is neither cancellable, modifiable, nor can the stay dates be changed.
TAXES
Rates are displayed excluding VAT and tourist tax.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME
Your room will be available at the reception from the time indicated below:
Check-in time (from): 3:00 PM
Latest check-out time: 12:00 PM
On your departure day, you must vacate your room by the latest time indicated above. A charge for an additional night may result if this maximum check-out time is not respected.
Early room access or late check-out must be requested and validated by a Reception manager on your arrival or departure day only and may incur additional charges.
It is recommended to use the "Comments or additional information" box in the reservation form or to notify us by email to indicate your estimated arrival time, especially if it is before the scheduled check-in time.
PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW ON ARRIVAL
Upon arrival, the guest and accompanying persons will be required to provide a valid ID matching the name on the room reservation:
• Identity Card or Passport for European Nationals
• Passports for all other nationals.
In addition, the credit card used for the booking must correspond to the provided ID and must be presented upon arrival in case a prepayment was made at the time of booking.
If the room was booked by a third party, the person present will be required to provide a new credit card in their name matching their own ID.
Any possible extras (bar, room service, etc.) not included in the rates are subject to a credit card guarantee or cash deposit – an amount of 100€ per night will be requested at the start of your stay.
The extras will be validated with the guest at the end of the stay upon departure.
If cash was provided as a guarantee and no extras were charged, it will be returned to the guest.
Minors cannot stay in our establishment without the presence of a legal guardian.
EXTRA PERSON IN ROOM
An extra bed can be added in some of our Deluxe, Duplex-Loft, Junior Suite, Suite, and Executive Suite rooms.
An additional fee of 175 € per night will be added to your bill for an extra person over 11 years old in the room.
Children under 12 and infants will be accommodated free of charge subject to availability and if the room allows (Deluxe, Loft, Junior Suite, Suite, Executive Suite categories only). The maximum occupancy of our rooms is 3 people. For further details, please contact the reception.
The identity of each person staying at the hotel must be mentioned at the time of reservation and must provide a valid ID upon arrival at the hotel.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR GROUPS
From 5 rooms, all reservations are considered group reservations. Thus, special terms and conditions may apply.
PAYMENT AND RESERVATION VALIDATION
Payments must be made with one of the cards listed below, through our secure internet pages or directly at the hotel.
A pre-authorization for the amount of the first night may be made by the hotel at the time of booking.
VISA / EUROCARD – MASTERCARD / AMERICAN EXPRESS: for guarantee and prepayment. MAESTRO for on-site payment only.
PAYMENT AND BILLING CURRENCY
Your invoice will be issued in EUROS, but your credit card may be charged in your currency if your bank allows it (Fintrax system).
NON-SMOKING POLICY
Our establishment is entirely non-smoking.
In case of violation of this policy, the cost of cleaning the room to eliminate tobacco odors, as well as immobilizing the room, will be charged at 400€.
INCIDENTS, DAMAGES
The rooms available to our guests are checked, functional, and in good condition. Our guests are invited to immediately report to the hotel reception any deficiency noted. In the case of damage, the hotel reserves the right to charge the guest for the cost of repairs or replacement.
PET POLICY
We are pleased to welcome dogs if they are well-behaved, clean, and small in size by request only.
An additional charge of 30€ per day and per pet in the room will be applied to your bill. However, please note that our four-legged friends are not allowed in the dining areas of the establishment.
PARKING
We inform you that a covered parking lot is located near the hotel (Parking Mazarine located at 27 rue Mazarine). A pedestrian access is located opposite the hotel. The rate is 50 Euros per day.
GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect on May 25, 2018. This regulation was adopted at the European level to reform data protection rules in the EU by updating and modernizing existing standards (1995 European directive).
As part of your relationship with Hôtel d’Aubusson Paris, your personal and/or professional contact details are currently kept internally at 33 rue dauphine in Paris on a secure server. None of your information is rented or sold.
We wish to ensure your consent to retain your contact details and receive information about our news and the services we offer (reservation confirmation, assistance before, during and after your stay, satisfaction questionnaire, tailored offers). BODY AND FACE CARE
We offer massages and facials in our SPA exclusively reserved for our guests, between 9 AM and 7 PM (last treatment time).
MODIFICATION AND/OR CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours before your treatment begins. In case of no-show or appointment canceled less than 24 hours before the treatment, it will be charged at 100%.
