TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY
If you made your reservation on our website or through an online travel agency, you can cancel or modify your reservation only through the link provided in your confirmation email and according to the sales conditions.
If you made your reservation directly with the hotel, any cancellation or modification must be sent to us in writing only by sending an email or fax. The cancellation or modification of the reservation is then validated only with a confirmation or cancellation reference.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION FEES
If you booked an offer with flexible cancellation conditions (BAR, RACK, or PACKAGE Rates): 3 days before arrival: Cancellation/Modification free of charge.
2 days until midnight, Paris time or in case of no-show at the hotel: Cancellation/Modification fee of one night's amount.
If you booked a non-cancellable/non-refundable offer (PROMO or SMART Rates): The entire stay is charged at 100% at the time of booking.
This amount is neither cancellable nor modifiable, and the stay dates cannot be changed.
TAXES
Rates are displayed excluding VAT and tourist tax.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME
Your room will be available at the reception from the time indicated below:
Check-in time (from): 3:00 PM
Latest check-out time: 12:00 PM
On your departure day, you must vacate your room no later than the above specified time. An extra night's charge may result from failure to comply with the check-out time.
Early check-in or late check-out must be requested and validated with a Reception Manager on your arrival or departure day only and may incur additional charges.
It is recommended to use the "Comments or additional information" section of the reservation form or to notify us by email to indicate your estimated arrival time, especially if it is before the scheduled check-in time.
ARRIVAL PROCEDURE
Upon arrival, the guest and accompanying persons must provide a valid identity document matching the name under which the room was reserved:
• Identity Card or Passport for European Nationals
• Passports for all other nationals.
Additionally, the credit card name used for the reservation must match the identity document provided and must be presented upon arrival if a prepayment was made at the time of booking.
If the room has been reserved by a third party, the person checking in must provide a new credit card in their name, matching their own identity document.
Any extras (bar, room service, etc.) not included in the rates are subject to a credit card or cash deposit request – amounting to €100 per night will be requested at the beginning of the stay.
Extras will be confirmed with the guest at the end of the stay upon departure.
If cash has been provided as a deposit and no extras have been charged, it will be returned to the guest.
Minors cannot stay in our establishment without the presence of a legal guardian.
ADDITIONAL PERSON IN ROOM
An extra bed can be added in some of our Deluxe rooms, Duplex-Lofts, Junior Suites, Suites, and Executive Suites.
An additional fee of €175 per night will be added to your bill for an extra person over 11 years old in the room.
Children under 12 and babies will be accommodated free of charge subject to availability and if the room allows it (Deluxe, Loft, Junior Suite, Suite, Executive Suite categories only). The maximum occupancy of our rooms is 3 people. For further details, please contact the reception.
Each person's identity staying at the hotel must be mentioned at the time of booking and must provide a valid identity document upon arrival at the hotel.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR GROUPS
From 5 rooms, all reservations are considered as group reservations. Therefore, specific sales conditions may apply.
PAYMENT AND RESERVATION VALIDATION
Payments must be made with one of the cards listed below, through our secure internet pages or directly at the hotel.
A pre-authorization for the first night's amount may be made by the hotel at the time of booking.
VISA / EUROCARD – MASTERCARD / AMERICAN EXPRESS: for guarantee and prepayment. MAESTRO for on-site payment only.
PAYMENT AND BILLING CURRENCY
Your invoice will be issued in EUROS, but your credit card may be charged in your currency if allowed by your bank (Fintrax system).
NON-SMOKING POLICY
Our establishment is entirely non-smoking.
If this policy is violated, the cost of cleaning the room to eliminate tobacco odors, as well as the room's downtime, will be charged to you €400.
INCIDENTS, DAMAGES
The rooms made available to our guests are checked, functional, and in good condition. Our guests are invited to immediately report any deficiencies to the hotel's reception. In case of damage, the hotel reserves the right to charge the customer for repair or replacement costs.
PET POLICY
We are pleased to welcome dogs if they are well-behaved, clean, and small in size upon request only.
An additional fee of €30 will apply per day and per animal in the room on your bill. However, please note that our four-legged friends are not allowed in the dining areas of the establishment.
PARKING
We inform you that a covered parking lot is located near the hotel (Parking Mazarine located at 27 rue Mazarine). A pedestrian access is located opposite the hotel. The rate is €50 per day.
GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect on May 25, 2018. This regulation was adopted at the European level to reform data protection rules in the EU by updating and modernizing existing standards (1995 European directive).
As part of your relationship with Hôtel d’Aubusson Paris, your personal and/or professional contact details are currently kept internally at 33 rue Dauphine in Paris on a secure server. None of your information is rented or sold.
We want to ensure your agreement for us to retain your contact details and receive information about the news and services we offer (reservation confirmation, assistance before, during, and after your stay, satisfaction questionnaire, personalized offers). BODY AND FACIAL TREATMENTS
We offer massages and facial treatments at our SPA exclusively reserved for our guests, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM (last treatment time).
MODIFICATION AND/OR CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your treatment. In case of no-show or appointment canceled less than 24 hours before the treatment, it will be charged at 100%.
