Hotel Terms and Conditions

CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION

In case you made your reservation on the hotel website or through an online travel agency, you can cancel or modify your reservation exclusively by the link on your confirmation email and according to the Sales Conditions.

In case you made your reservation directly with the hotel, any cancellation or modification must be sent to us in writing either by sending an email or a fax.

Cancellation or modification of the reservation is then validated with either a confirmation or a cancellation reference.
 

- Cancellation or Modification fees

                    - If you booked an offer with flexible cancellation terms (BAR, RACK or PACKAGE rates):
D-3 days before arrival                                                                             : Cancellation / modification without any penalty
D-2 days until Noon - Paris time or No-show at the hotel                   : Cancellation / modification charged the amount of a 1 night fee
D-1 day until Noon - Paris time / day D                                                  : Cancellation / modification charged the amount of a 2 nights fee

These cancellation fees are non-refundable / non-exchangeable.

                    - If you booked a non-refundable / non-exchangeable offer (PROMO or SMART rates):
The entire stay is charged at 100% at the time of booking.

This amount is neither refundable nor exchangeable and the dates of stay cannot be modified.
 

TAXES

Rates are displayed including VAT and City Tax.
 

ARRIVAL TIME / DEPARTURE TIME

Your room will be available at the reception from the time shown below

 Check-in time (starting from): 2.00 pm                                                                  Check out time: 12:00 noon

On your Check-out date, you are required to leave your room not later than the time indicated above.
A penalty or an additional night’s fee may result from non-compliance with this time limit.

Early check-in or late check-out must be requested and validated by a Front Office Manager on the day of arrival or departure only and may incure additional charges.
 

It is recommended that you use the "Comments or additional information" box on the booking form or notify us by email to report your estimated arrival time, especially if it is before the scheduled arrival time.
 

PROCEDURE to be observed on arrival at the hotel

Upon arrival, the guest and accompanying persons must provide a valid ID that corresponds to the name of the room reservation:

- Identity Card or Passport for European Nationals
- Passport for all other nationals.
 

In addition, the name on the credit card used for the reservation must correspond to the identity card provided and must be presented on arrival
in case a prepayment has been made at the time of booking.

If the room has been reserved by a third person, the person present must provide a new credit card under his name which correspond to his own identity document.

Any extras (bar, room service, etc.) that are not included in the rates are subject to a guarantee by credit card or by cash payment - of 100 € per night - You will be asked at the beginning of your stay.
The extras will be validated with the customer at the end of the stay at the time of departure.
If cash has been pledged and no extra bills have been invoiced, the deposit will be returned to the customer.

Minors cannot stay in our establishment without the presence of a legal representative.

 

ADDITIONAL PERSON IN THE ROOM

An extra bed can be added in some of our Grand Luxe, Duplex-Loft and Junior Suite rooms upon request only.
An extra charge of 115 Euros per night will be added to your bill for an additional person over 12 years of age in your room.
 

Children under 12 and babies will be accommodated free of charge subject to availability and if the room allows it (Only in Grand Luxe, Loft and Junior Suite categories).
 

The maximum occupancy of our rooms is 3 people, for more information, please contact the hotel.
 

The identity of each person staying at the hotel must be mentioned at the time of booking and must provide a valid ID upon check in.
 

PAYMENT AND VALIDATION OF BOOKING

Payments must be made with one of the cards listed below, through our secured web pages or directly at the hotel.
A pre-authorization of the amount of the first night can be made by the hotel at the time of booking.

Maestro                                                                                     for on-site payment only
 

PAYMENT AND CURRENCY EXCHANGE

Your bill will be denominated in EUROS, but your credit card can be charged in your currency if your bank allows it (Fintrax system).
 

NON-SMOKING POLICY

Hotel d'Aubusson is an entirely non-smoking establishment.
In case of non-compliance with this policy, the cost of cleaning the room to eliminate tobacco odors, as well as the immobilization of the room will be charged 435 €.


INCIDENTS, DETERIORATION

The rooms available to our guests are verified, functional and in good condition. Guests are required to immediately report any deficiencies to the hotel reception.
In case of deterioration, the hotel reserves the right to charge the customer for the cost of repairs or replacement.

A SMARTPHONE at your disposal

We are pleased to provide you with a smartphone for the duration of your stay: unlimited free local and international calls on a selection of destinations, unlimited 4G and hotel services at your fingertips.

The equipment is placed under the responsibility of the occupants of the room.
Also, in case of damage, loss or theft of the equipment, penalty charges will be applied up to the limit of 300 € TTC.

POLICY ANIMALS OF COMPANY

We do welcome dogs if they are wise, clean and small upon request only.
A surcharge of 15 € will apply per day and per animal in room on your billing invoice.

Please note that our four-legged friends are not allowed in the catering areas.
