The Chocolate Show invites all sweets amateurs to come to the Porte de Versailles between October 31 and November 4, 2012.
Chocolate Show, a continuously evolving show
The first edition of Chocolate Show was held in 1995. Over the years it hasn’t stopped evolving and attracting more and more visitors. The 2012 edition will be richer in entertainments, gourmet for sure, with a great number of tastings as well as presented cultures.
Chocolate Show: delights in all their forms
The Chocolate Show of Paris assembles the professionals of the trade: from producers of cacao to master chocolatiers, without forgetting the gourmet goals which are fueled by a passion for chocolate in all its forms.
Apart from the different expositions of products derived from cacao, this event also includes cuisine workshops dedicated to chocolate. The tasting conferences will take place in the “Chocosphere” to allow chocolate fans to combine the useful and the pleasant while teaching themselves their favorite dish. Besides this, the numerous performance competitions and the chocolate dress parade will animate the show during the 5 days of festivities.
